GIGI ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number.
Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order.
We are unable to offer return for our items, but we do take exchange up to 2 days after delivery date. We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed and have all tags still attached.
